A few weeks ago we were blessed with a beautiful snowfall. Given we had NO snow last year to play in, Elliana was thrilled at the idea of playing outside. Maya, at just 9 months old, had never seen snow before. So, we began to bundle up. Before we even ventured outside, we were all sweating from our multiple layers and more than ready to experience the frigid temperatures outside.
We pulled out our infant sled and the girls took turns being dragged across the yard. Maya was a little unsure at first, but in no time, a big, goofy grin stretched across her chubby little cheeks.

Daddy even built a snowman with Elliana, tiny in stature, much like our almost 4-year old. Elliana caught some falling snow on her tongue and even took a turn on the infant sled.

We laughed, we played. We experienced pure joy. Our snow adventure was magical and truly a memory maker.
