It's official. Our family has a toddler. 12 whole months have passed since this sweet girl entered our family and oh what a joy the past year has been! Maya began walking a few weeks before her first birthday and hasn't slowed down since!

I love that you pat my back when I pick you up and blow kisses. You throw your pacifier into your crib each morning and after nap and wave goodbye to it. You have begun to love the television shows Yo Gabba Gabba and Super Why and dance along to the shows in excitement. :)
Yesterday I asked you to walk across the room, pick up the Super Why doll and bring it back. You stopped what you were doing and sure enough, did what I asked!! You are so smart and truly understand everything I ask of you. I praise God for you in our family and can't wait to see the many adventures and opportunities that lay ahead of you. Happy, Happy 1 year!
